1. What type of information do we collect?
Grian collects the following information through the contact form and three input forms relating to renewable energy, heat pumps and forestry: First Name, Second Name, Address, E-mail Address and other information inputted into these questionnaires, i.e. query, budget for installation, number of hectares etc.
1.1 Google Analytics
As part of continuous efforts to improve the information and services offered by Grian we employ the use of google analytics, a site traffic monitoring tool. By using Grian you consent to the sharing of information with google analytics related to your time spent on the website, i.e. links clicked, pages visited and duration of the visit etc.
1.2 Log files
Grian follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

We collect your personal information when you fill in the contact forms or three input forms which can be found on the website. Google analytics collects your information throughout your entire time spent on the website. Donorbox will share data collected with Grian if a donation is made unanonymously.

We use your data in order to carry out the services as provided on the website. We will also use your provided information to contact you about the progress with your request. This information will not be used for any other purpose bar as stated above. Grian will never sell this information to third parties.

6. Security and Retention of Data
Grian was created using Wix which allows for safe browsing of the site with all relevant security protocols in place. All pages are https encrypted. Your personal data is contained online using Wix and in the Wix mobile app, which provides security on behalf of Wix company practices.
Data collected will be retained indefinitely, unless otherwise requested by the data owner to be removed. This is to gain information on trends and user activity on the website.
